Cybonay Fragrance provides the content and services on the site (Cybonay.com) to you and subjects you to the following terms and conditions. If you visit or shop on this site, you will adhere to these terms and conditions.

All content on the site, such as text, images, graphics, logos, etc. is the property of Cybonay Inc, or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and International copyright laws.

3. Submissions:
By transmitting or posting submissions, you hereby grant us full ownership of said submissions as if it was created and developed by Cybonay.com. We reserve the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, sell or assign the submission without payment of any form to you.

4. User Content:
When you upload, post, transmit, e-mail, text, photographs, messages or other materials on the site, you are entirely responsible for such user content. Cybonay.com is for your shopping experience only. You agree not to engage in unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful or otherwise objectionable use of user content. We do not control or endorse the user content transmitted on the site; therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy or integrity of user content.

You linking to and from the website are at your own risk. You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible or liable(whether in contract or otherwise), under any circumstances, for any (a) loss of damage of any sort incurred as a result of dealing with offsite links; (b) computer virus, system failure, or malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of the site; (c) any inaccuracies or omissions in content; (d) interruption of business; (e) access delays or access interruption to the site or (f) events beyond our control . We will not be liable for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind related to the site or your use thereof regardless in the form of action whether in contract or otherwise, and in no event shall our maximum liability exceed ($100). You agree that no claim of action arising out of, or related to the use of the site may be brought by you more than one year after the cause of action related to such claim arose.
